# 500: Internal Server Error

Hi, I was going through the KDB academy level 2 IPC section, I got a 500 error code for the KX sandbox and cannot access it. I would require some assistance with this, thank you

Hi @TingHui  
If you are still experiencing this issue, you can reset your server by going to File → Hub Control and pressing Stop and then Start again on JupyterLab.
