# KX learning portal seems to be down from last week. can any one advise on this

KX learning portal seems to be down from last week. Is there a alternative way to access the learning. please find the screenshot of error attached

Hi @sijeshxcel  
We are currently investigating this issue and working hard to get it resolved.  
If you want to continue on with courses you have already started, you can go to [https://edu.kx.com/](https://edu.kx.com/) and sign in to the portal as normal.  
If you have any other issues, please let me know.
