# Scotiabank - KX email relay migration issues

Hi guys,

Need some help on the below.

Scotia is currently in the process of migrating application generated emails to Proofpoint Secure Email Relay.

We have tried to update a parameter in KX control to the new host and port name in our UAT environment as advised by the Scotia project team but we haven’t been able to successfully generate an email.

Can you advise if any additional changes are required in the KX application to be able to successfully send emails from the app again?
