# undefined reference to \`dl'

I am trying to build my project with k.h. I have downloaded the c.o file from&nbsp;[http://kx.com/q/l64/](http://kx.com/q/l64/) and link against it.&nbsp;

It found most of the extern “C” stuff except function dl. I keep getting undefined reference to `dl’

Is there any other objects I am missing?&nbsp;

dl is exported from the q exe.&nbsp; so may only be supported by .so extensions (not standalone clients).
