Capstones certificate

Hi, I’ve completed both the Fundamentals Capstone and the Advanced Capstone, but I still haven’t received the certificates via email yet. Is there something else I need to do to receive it?

Hi  !

I can see you’ve completed both Capstones so congratulations!

There was a mismatch in emails with your Fundamentals Capstone. You used your kx email to submit the project and your firstderivatives email in the feedback form. I’ve just fixed it manually so you should have received your certificate.

With your Advanced Capstone, you’ve completed the project but haven’t filled out the feedback form. If you fill this out with the same email you submitted your project with, you should receive your certificate.

Hey  !

I see you’ve completed the Advanced Capstone so congratulations!

The feedback form isn’t sent through email, it’s the last section on the academy course KX Academy .

Once it is completed, you should receive your certificate.

Hello, I have also not received by advanced certificate?! I re-submitted the other day just in case I put my email in wrong but still nothing. Is it supposed to be automatic?

Congratulations on completing the capstone! 

I see you’ve used a different email to submit the feedback form than you did to submit the capstone.

I’ll dm you the email address you used for the capstone as you need to submit both with the same email to receive your certificate.
