How to collapse 'Config Manager' by default?

Hi all,

I have added a ‘Configuration Manager’ to my dashboard that feeds of a created config. It is working as intended and has a heap of functionality, but I seem to be unable to collapse the parameter group by default. I have tried both the component options and CSS to no avail.

As per the screenshot below, users have to manually hit the button in red each time. It is creating much confusion unfortunately.

Is there any way to achieve this?
