Hi,

I am facing an issue with 3.3. I was testing some function for authentication before losing connection to server and losing the handle to the port 5099. I am unable to reestablish connection to the part due to the malfunctioning authentication function. May I know if there is anyway to hard reset or restart the process in port 5099.

Hi @timothylarry1804
You can reset your server by saving your project and returning to JupyterLab. From here, go to File → Hub Control Panel then Stop and Start your server again.
