kdb+ version 3.4 released

We’ve just released the latest version - 3.4 - of kdb+.


The executables and full change list are available to licensed customers on downloads.kx.com as usual. A public summary of changes is available on code.kx.com at:

The highlights include Secure Sockets Layer(SSL)/Transport Layer Security(TLS) support for incoming and outgoing connections, domain sockets for lower latency local connections, and async broadcast.


The 32-bit versions for non-commercial use are available at the same time and can be downloaded from the kx website at:

This release adds a 32-bit Raspberry Pi version. The Raspberry Pi Video and Motor control libraries shown at the recent Kxcon 2016 conference in Montauk can be downloaded from:
