Hello KX Community!

We wanted to let you know we are aware of some of the UX issues surrounding the Forums, including the use of backticks, syntax highlighting, and popup replies obscuring the original post. This started when we migrated to a new Community a few months ago and we have been trying to work with the vendor on a resolution.

At this time, we have identified a new developer that should be able to fix the issues in the next 1-2 weeks. We hope these critical issues to be officially resolved by the end of August.

We apologize for the inconvenience and frustration this experience may have caused you, but please be assured it's our highest priority to resolve it.

Also not able to change nickname. Getting incorrect validation error when trying to change nickname. (Nickname must be >3 characters)

Thank you for reporting this issue.

I have tested it and the issue has been resolved. Can you confirm this from your side?
