KX Dashboards - Editable Data Grid

Hi

I am trying to create a data grid which can be editable. I have applied the below settings

1. Set Edit Mode to Instant

2.  Enable Insert/Delete

3. Added logic in the Update query

However after applying these settings I am not able to edit the cells and/or add new entries in the data grid


Can someone help to point out what I am missing here ?
