Level 3 capstone project does not open: Timeout error

I was in the process of executing a command for exercise 3.1 in the Level 3 capstone project, and then the screen started loading for a while (did not seem to stop loading). I closed the tab and tried restarting the capstone project but now it remains stuck on “Sync finished, redirecting…” page and ultimately gets a timeout error (Error 599) after a few minutes.

Please let me know if its possible to reset the project or access it via a different method.
I have tried opening the Level 2 project too, and also tried opening the KX Developer platform first but none of these seem to open too.

Is this a server update issue or a user issue?

I was able to access your server and launch both the Level 2 and Level 3 sandboxes.

Hi, I am also facing the exact same issue as described in my level 2 capstone. I tried clearing my project by doing rm -rf course-fundamentals-capstone and then restart the sandbox as suggested in another thread, but still I'm not able to connect. thanks
