loading perf issue

I’m loading kdb db with options data and increasingly it takes longer and longer. After 5m+ records already loaded it takes about 90s to load just 73k rows. Can you suggest remedies to speed up loading time. Here is my script:

colnames: symdateopenhighlowclosevolopnint

.Q.fs[{ .[:C:/Users/msmith/Downloads/EOD/options/options_2012_2013db; (); ,; flip colnames!("SDFFFFII";",")0:x]}]:C:/Users/msmith/Downloads/EOD/options/OPRA_2012/OPRA_20121114.csv
