No code received after final submission on 'SQL for KDB Course'

Hi, 

I have completed and submitted the project for the course 'SQL for KDB Course'; however, I am yet to receive an email code to complete the course. 

The submission was successful and confirmed that all tests had passed. Please see screenshot below. Can you help please?
