q201: from qbie to qbist

Last spring I wrote the first draft of a new textbook, Post Atomic: Vector programming in q, aimed at solo students who want to move on from introductory workshops to mastery of the language.

It‘s been an interesting year. Following some time in New York and conversations with Nick Psaris, Arthur Whitney, Dennis Shasha and others, I’m reworking the draft as a website to be maintained as a community learning resource

A small team of authors and students is working on this, testing the material in online tutorials that are, for now, free of charge. If you’d like to join the team as a student, author or tutor, please write to me: sjt at 5jt dot com.
