Last spring I wrote the first draft of a new textbook, Post Atomic: Vector programming in q, aimed at solo students who want to move on from introductory workshops to mastery of the language.
Its been an interesting year. Following some time in New York and conversations with Nick Psaris, Arthur Whitney, Dennis Shasha and others, Im reworking the draft as a website to be maintained as a community learning resource.
