QDBC (don't use jdbc/odbc. qdbc is simpler and faster.)
What does QDBC here means? I'm not able to find anything useful.

QDBC refers to the other drivers (c.java,c.cs, ) available from kx, and now more widely the drivers from other vendors such as devnet.
