Some clients are currently undergoing KX training and are attempting to do the fundamentals capstone. However, one of them has accidentally deleted the workspace.
With this in mind, I am just wondering the following:
- Will it reload within 24 hours?
- If so, is there a quicker way of getting their workspace back up?
- If not, then will they need to create a new account altogether?

Hi Freddie - they can start a fresh session immediately, they just need to go to new browser provider (in private browser mode preferably) and launch the capstone to do this. i.e if they are using Chrome get them to start again on IE/Safari/Mozilla/Edge etc. They can sign in with the same details it will still start a new instance as the new browser provider will have no memory/cache of the corrupted version missing the workspace.
