Have you confirmed your email address through the email sent to you? Without this you won’t be able to use your on demand license. Email to confirm your email may be in your spam folder so you should check this if you can’t find it in your inbox.

Thank you so much Conor and Kx, I tried it instantly, though the confirmation mail was 6 days ago, and after I confirmed it , my kdb kernel works immediately.
