Where to get Classroom ID to gain access to KX Sandbox for KX Academy?

Just started the Introductory workshop on KX Academy

Successfully bypassed the classroom ID prompt using Microsoft Edge in private browser mode.

Issue seems to be particular to Google Chrome.

Thanks for your help!

I am still getting the same issue where it keep on asking class room id. Tried different browsers with private browsing mode on different OS but still getting same prompt. can you please fix that?

Hi Kakamna

Engineers have deployed a fix - can you retry now and let us know if you are still experiencing any issues.

Apologies for this inconvenience.

Hey Michaela,

Have tried the suggestions in the article but still getting the form view. I’m on a Mac using Chrome but have tried Safari and Edge on a different PC. Any thoughts?

Hi mayantid,

I am sorry you are still experiencing issues. The earlier issue has been resolved for other users so this seems to be more likely to do with your personal settings.

Suggestion from our engineering team is to double-check browser extensions (ad blockers, styling tools, etc) or restrictive cookie-blocking settings (the browser may have a cookie/tracker report) to see if that helps?
