While opening capstone project getting me 500

Every time I am getting the below error.

500 : Internal Server Error

and in the past it was opening and when try to doing the following

refServiceHandle: hopen 5457

show optRef :refServiceHandle(`getOptionRef;enlist uniqueOpts)

every time showing “blocked” . So why the remote is blocking while using the IPC.
