Certifications no longer appearing

Hi,

In an attempt to reset my password (I was unable to log in), I now seem to be a new user in the system.

Last month, I completed the kdb+/q Developer courses (levels 1-3) and obtained the corresponding certifications. I saved PDF copies, but these certifications are no longer appearing on my account.

Please let me know if there is anything I can do.

Hi Dana, we can work it out for you. What was your original username? Did you complete any courses prior to April 22nd?
