Not sure if it’s due to the website update but some of the courses that I completed in the past appear as 0% progress. I have the certificates but not sure if you can make a change to show them in the “All Courses” tab. Thanks in advance.

We are aware of an issue with some more recently completed courses not showing up since the migration and are working on a solution for that now. Which courses are you missing and when did you complete them? If they were completed over 2 months ago, we might not be aware of this issue so please let me know and I can investigate further.

Thanks for the quick reply. So 1 was completed the 1st May and the other one the 29th of May. (KX Products Overview and KX Dashboards) Also I was doing KX Developer Level 1 that I started a week ago or maybe 2 weeks ago. Obviously I can enrol again as I didn’t finish and I took some notes on it. Thanks again
Just an update on this. Course progress from April 22nd to June 19th were not migrated, however, we do have a back up and ready to restore. We are just testing a safe way to restore it without overwriting any other activity before we execute it. We aim to have this all completed in the next 1-2 days.
Just posting an update here: we need to procure a new tool to import the backup. This will take a few days and is expected to complete sometime next week. If you need proof of your certifications in the meantime, don’t hesitate to reach out to us at devrel@kx.com
That’s fine. I tend to download the certificates as soon as I finish the course. It was more the fact to make you aware as probably you had more queries about the same thing. Thanks again for helping
