Error on startup KX Developer

I was working on course-fundamentals-capstone and tried to launch the KX Developer and got an error below.

Does anyone know how to fix this?

Does retrying and opening in a different tab work?

No, it doesn't.

I tried sing out/sign in again, a different browser, delete browsing history but none of them works.

I just bounced your instance and rebooted so if you could try again now please?
