Failed to Access course-advanced-capstone kx developer

Im working on capstone course and ran all the set up that are required. 

But then when i click on Developer, it failed to open the page, it asked me to enter username and password which i did entered the correct one. 


I even tried with reset password, clear browser cache, it still showing me this pop up box.

Sorry, the issue happened again

Same thing i noticed is that, it will automatically hit this issue.whenever i hit some error in exercise 3 and trying to resolve the questions again (usually in between ex3.5 and 3.6)

 Is there any other possible way to get this resovled, because i still have few questions to complete for ex3 and this might happened again until i get the capstone submitted

  • Yes you can reboot yourself, if this happens again – steps are – shut down all running kernals and tabls, from JupyterLab landing page go to File – Hub Control Panel – Stop My Server – then wait and Start Server. The relaunch course
