KX Academy Videos are not appearing

Hello,

I am receiving the attached error message when attempting to view KX Academy videos “The video is not accessible at the moment”. Please assist. Thank you so much.

Hi  the videos are hosted on Youtube so it maybe you do not have access to Youtube generally? They are rendering fine for other users.

Perhaps you are sitting behind a company firewall that blocks access to YouTube?

Try the link on a personal device or home network.
