Enroll page bug

When I am logged in and visit the landing page for a course that i am already enrolled in, it displays not enrolled, and log in to enroll, despite already being logged in. This makes an impossible loop of clicking to log in, and then still not being able to access the course.

To troubleshoot this issue, I recommend trying the following steps:

  1. Clear your browser's cache and cookies, then try accessing the course landing page again to see if the enrollment status updates correctly.

  2. Ensure that you're using a supported browser and that it's up to date. Sometimes, outdated browsers can cause unexpected behavior on websites.

  3. Check if there are any browser extensions or plugins that might be interfering with the enrollment process. Try disabling them temporarily to see if that resolves the issue.

  4. If the problem persists, reach out to the support team for the learning hub. They'll be able to investigate the issue further and provide specific assistance tailored to your account and situation.

I have completed these troubleshooting steps, yet the problem still exists. Furthermore, now I am no longer able to create new posts on the discussion forum because on the landing page I am logged out despite being logged in navigating to any other page including this post.


Furthermore, I am unclear what support you mean for me to contact, the link for KX support seems to be only for KX enterprise not KX academy.


Also this seems to come and go intermittently unrelated to whether I have cleared cookies, cache, logged out and back in, switched browsers etc.
