I have been encountering the error “500 : Internal Server Error” whenever I try to launch the KX Sandbox. This issue has been occurring in the last 24 hours. As a result, I have not been able to use the sandbox in the last one day. I have restarted my computer, cleared the browsing history, cookies and cache on my current browser as well as used a different browser but the error persists.
I have attached a screenshot which depicts the error.
Any assistance with rectifying this error would be greatly appreciated.
Thanks for the suggestion. I have been logging in using the same login particulars all the while. I was able to login previously but have not been able to do so in the last three days. (The error persists till now.) Hence I do not think it is an issue with authentication..
