Hey KX Community :waving_hand:

We’re aware that some of you may be seeing missing course progress in the KX Academy. This is due to a gap during our recent migration — specifically, progress between April 22nd and June 19th wasn’t carried over.

The good news is: we’ve got a backup and are preparing to restore it! Right now, we’re testing the safest way to bring your progress back without affecting any recent activity, and we expect this to be fully resolved within the next 1–2 days.

Thanks so much for your patience and understanding as we navigate through this migration.

Just posting an update here: we need to procure a new tool to import the backup. This will take a few days and is expected to complete sometime next week. If you need proof of your certifications in the meantime, don’t hesitate to reach out to us at devrel@kx.com
